The Escape from Both Past Regret & Future Dread Alike

No longer shall I fear the world,

As it is my enemy no more.

For I have placed the future,

What hasn't happened yet,

Into the hands of God, who is only Love.

Thus have I escaped all past regret

and future dread, alike,

And can now experience only the present peace which extends forever,

As all peace does.
