Where My Body Can Be Used Only for Good

Spirit, I give to you all the trivial, mundane details involved in the maintenance of my physical strength and my physical beauty.  

My body is 59 this solar return, 

And I cannot change the changing nature of this body that I inhabit. 

Bodies change, 

As all illusions do, 

And no longer do I wish to be concerned about my body's beauty, 

  for it turns my body into a liability,  

Where it could be an asset. 

So I place my physical strength and my body's beauty in your hands, Spirit, 

Where my body can be used only for good, 

No matter how it looks, or how old it gets. 

Let my body's purpose now be only healing, 

And I leave its beauty and strength to your brilliant and loving genius, 

That I trust completely.
